A hundred year old finca house recently renovated with the "ibiceancan " country style.
This Mediterranean house for 6 people is located in a suburban location at Santa Eulalia. A short walking distance to the town with its nice beaches, restaurants and shopping areas. Santa Eulària des Riu (spanish Santa Eulalia del Río) is a city in the east of the island of Ibiza.
The Mediterranean hillside property is completely fenced and has a total area of 250m2. It is overgrown with trees and many native plants such as bougainvillea and oleander. Two house terraces plus a pool terrace offer space for clapping, relaxing, sunbathing .... The two-storey 160m² finca surprises with great panoramic views and unique situation at Santa Eulalia.
You enter the finca on the lower floor and get directly into a bright, comfortably furnished living / dinning room (40m2) with satellite TV and a fireplace. The fitted kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with a gas cooker and electrical appliances. Furthermore, there are 2 bedrooms ( 1 x 20m2 + 1 x 10m2) and 1 bathroom and another livining room on the lower floor.
On the upper floor there is the 1 master bedroom (22m2) with 1 bathroom en suite. The master bedroom has air conditioning for cooling in summer and heating in winter.
The traditional Ibizenco house has all the characteristics of Ibiza's typical architecture. Wooden ceilings and thick walls that keep the temperature pleasant in summer and winter. All bedrooms are fan cooled, which ensures a good night’s sleep. In the transitional months and in winter, a marmol stone heaters ensures comfortable temperatures. For cozy fireplace evenings, there is a closed fireplace in the living area.
The sea and Santa Eulalia center are about 5 to 8 minutes walk away.
Ibiza Town, World Culture Heritage, with its many facets, is just 10 minutes away by car.

Music and outdoor noises must be kept low after 9:00 PM. Between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM, there should be no external disturbances from music or voices.
Upon check-out, the tenant is obligated to leave the rental property by 10:00 AM in a swept, garbage-free, washed, and orderly condition, including terraces, living areas, pool area, barbecue, etc. Furniture should be returned to its original position.
In consideration of subsequent tenants, we kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the rental property.
Due to the general risk of fire, public fires are legally prohibited in the summer.
The tenant is responsible for daily disposal of generated trash.
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM.

Please transfer / wire in time as we process other bookings in parallel and you may lose your reservation after the given date (maximum binding reservation period)! We accept cash, bank transfer, PayPal & Credit Cards with an additional 4% fee. If you are transferring the money from abroad, please note that you have to pay the bank transfer fee additionally.
